@ComHemAB This is at least the fourth time in three days that there has been a network outage on the Trångsund end of Skogås. That is unacceptable. I demand a partial refund of my monthly bill.
The simple fact of the matter is that I am both a gamer and a game programmer, and all I want after having worked for 12 hours is to come home to a fast, stable Internet connection, and you people are denying me even that simple pleasure in life.

I grew up in the United States, and having lived in Sweden for the past 5 years, I can honestly say that you folks at Com Hem rate alongside the best of the best at Comcast and Time Warner in terms of the absolute and unbridled contempt in which you hold your customers.

No, if given the choice, I would just as soon take some straightforward honesty, which is that as one customer amongst potentially millions, my ongoing and persistent connectivity issues will met with a level of concern commensurate with my overall monthly bill: Minimal.

I see that after about 15 minutes, my connection has come back online, so I'll get back to what I wanted to do this evening, which wasn't to rant unhappily at an uncaring corporation.
