I kind of have the opposite issue. I’m an autistic manager, and I need to wonder how neurotypicals react to my management style.

I actually got my job through an organization that sets up people with “customized employment”, but a lot of circumstances lead to that phrase being essentially meaningless. The one accommodation I get is occasionally meeting an outside counselor in work time.
