Any other #ActuallyAutistic person find it difficult to ask for help?
I don’t mean just with ‘little stuff’
I mean the really heavy duty things where you really need it
Oh god, yes. I'll push myself up to or past the point of melting down before asking for help with things. I don't know how to break the habit.

When you are in the stages up to it or in the middle of it, you dont know to ask for help...you dont know anything anymore. Trying to verbalise or even call someone would be so far out of thinking range...
