What will this do in a positive manner for them? I doubt I'll get a response as I'm just a small creator.

Every big creator has started small, yes that's true, but here's the difference: They're already big. By limiting certain abilities to the smaller communities, you limit the opportunities for smaller content creators to grow. @YouTube
