That is a very vague statement which leads to all sorts of unwelcome speculation. If culture & environment needed adjustments why not give the overall view to this successful manager & give him an allotted time to sort it out? It looks like he wasn't given that chance.

I think that the FFA was probably already unhappy with Staj for that whole thing between him and Amy Fowler's father. But still, those survey results must have been pretty bad to prompt them to sack the coach in a world cup year.

How does gender equality have anything to do with a women's soccer team? One of the best performing coaches in the country. Must be more to this than being reported. Love the Matildas and what they have achieved with Alen leading them.
