In this case Boudin is to blame. He had both of them in custody twice in 2020 and once in May 2021. There are no pending cases — which means the charges were dismissed or declined. SFDA dismisses 40% of cases (for comparison, Alameda dismisses 11%).pic.twitter.com/M0gX6G0YdJ
