The Emergencies Act gave the government the power to force tow drivers to remove vehicles (with compensation).
Prior to this, tow drivers in the area refused to tow the large trucks in Ottawa.

I have a magical tape remover (pic). Also, when I want to remove labels, I spray on a mix of 2/3 mineral spirits and 1/3 light machine oil. Just sayin'.
