Being banned from a for profit platform that requires you to agree to the terms of service for violating those terms of service is not a violation of ... Anything. It's a consequence for violating the terms of service repeatedly, as it states in the TOS, which again was signed.

Free speech only means the government can't keep you from expressing yourself. You're complaining about not being able to use someone else's platform to call kids Hitler. If the owners of that platform consider that a violation then that's their right. Go be hateful on Gab.
