Personally I think Ultimate Puff is fine the way it is but if I wanted buff patches umm. 1. Make Up air a bigger hit box ( just a tiny bit) 2. U tilt has less frames ( make it faster ) from start off ( at least take off 1 frame) 3. Rest is a bit fine Umm that's basically it.
