Oh boy i don't have to take my meds tommorow because I'm officially off of them.. it wasn't something that was "suggested" or "recommended" but i feel like i can move myself around without them. It's been a long last couple months and I've had super lows that made me feel like >
< garbage but i want to try and fight for myself again. I know i can do it but i also know that if need be i will immediately be put back on because the last thing I'd want is to spiral down again. I'm going to continue going to therapy and trying my best. thanks for everyone >
