I'm assuming this patch is just to fix the freeze glitch with Terry but you have to wonder if they do any balance changes, are they going to contextualize them based on the characters that got hit in 6.0.0?

I could see Puff losing Dair->Rest and getting compensated in some way Were the other buffs not enough for their liking? Or maybe they were and they want to give similar changes to more low/mid tiers. It doesn't seem like a week is enough time to gather data though.
