I think that diddy kong is a -1 for him only because i thought the MU was kinda even in smash 4 but without the disjoints and puff being more viable now she can edgeguard him super well. That's just my thoughts for one of your idks
I can see it, but i'm mostly worried about his speed. He's still very fast, and can use the banana for many scary scenarios against Puff. I really need to fight him more often to fully know.
