Rest -Weaker than SPJ yet requires way more risk -Requires the need to phase into someone to hit in a game where bodies are more solid (you can miss otherwise true rests due to this) -Can still be punished on blast ko (not as bad as smash4 but this con shouldn't be a thing.)
