I don't mean to sound silly here but uh-
You can go to xanadu, and even enter bracket, not to compete, but *just* to wind down/hang out. Don't feel you gotta be on the grind if you go.
I'm sure people will be happy you see you and you can have a good time. 
I know I'm going to sound like a hypocrite if i compete tonight but i just feel like i have no other option to try and cheer myself up from such a shitty day.
