The only reason people compete more in ultimate than melee, is that Ultimate is easier to pick up, as with melee, you would need over 10 years of experience to at least do decent

Both scenes are awesome and I originally came from melee and still play it competitively. People watch melee more tho because the amount of tech and inputs needed to play the game makes it fun to watch.
