Thanks for reaching out. Make sure you select "Publish to Subscriptions feed and notify subscribers" before publishing your videos. Also, could you check with your subs, if they've selected "all" notifications instead of "occasional"? Keep us posted.
Thanks for the reply! Some of my subscribers are getting my videos in their feeds, so I don’t think the issue is with how I’m publishing. Additionally, at least one of the comments does specify that notifications were ticked for all videos, but that they still weren’t notified.

Yep, your video didn’t show up in my subscription feed last night. Everyone else that I subscribe to did but yours didn’t. Thought it was weird.
Just checked, it's not in my subscriptions either...
@TheLaurenChen I didn't get a notifications either. This has happened only one time for your channel in the past.
