        There is no mental health epidemic. There IS a change in language use - worry about losing job or home MAKES SENSE, worry about schooling or NHS use is JUSTIFIED. These are NOT mental health problems. By naming them thus you have created this epidemic, + increases worry, is cruel

        We in Africa are not concerned by this paper. Why are there not any African institutions involved in this paper? Why are some academicians from high-income countries so short-sighted when it comes to key global health questions? @CALDirector @TilWykes.
