We need RCT’s (with real placebos- not alum adjuvant or “proven-safe vaccines”) of the entire schedule to know what is really going on, no? Can you tweet some of those, doc?

Are you suggesting withholding preventative intervention that have resulted in millions of lives saved because you aren't personally satisfied with the sound scientific studies done already?

Why red herring so soon? Answer my questions ( it can be a simple yes or no) first?

If by "red herring," you mean something distracting, I disagree; that's what would have to occur for the study you described

Ok then, how about a retrospective study? There’s plenty of unvaccinated children. Just compare their health history (I mean- completely unvaccinated) to those of vaccinated kids (preferably fully vaccinated, plenty of them), and SIDS rate too? What are they so afraid of?

When do we stop wasting time on this? The #antivaxxer conspiracy movement isn't interested in science and this data has been replicated over and over and over....

Keep the facts flowing so that even the idea of a doubt in how life saving vaccines are seems proposterous. Then when we say the work #antivaxxer people will say...pic.twitter.com/D5RdjXM9cT

Unfortunately, that doesn't work with conspiracy theorists. They will always move the bar to change the burden of proof.

The untruth that vaccines cause autism by the antivax cult means autistic children are being abused and treated cruelly as parents use snake oil and naturopathic means to "cure" children. Parents are scammed into abusing kids.

Since the new year I’ve seen an anti-vaxxer claim that meta-analyses are unreliable because “the statistics are manipulated”. You cannot reason with that kind of willful stupidity.

No, statistics and findings cannot be manipulated. What a smart thought process and wishfull stupidity. For example volkswagen did not manipulate emission datas :) Which has direct health impact on people and environment. No... Tobacco industry did not manipulate datas either :)

A meta-analysis does explicitly define the criteria the studies included, the methods, the analysis & the results. You know this, don’t you?

Feelings do not care about your facts. The analysis could have had every single human who has ever been vaccinated in comparison with every single one who has not. It still would not convince. You are trying to use logic to convince people immune to that form of persuasion.
