I remain astonished that several other high-profile people who are well known as being abusive bosses have still managed to dodge any big exposes. I mean, money helps. And people are rightfully concerned about going public & impacting their careers.

People have to weigh the costs of going public vs putting their heads down and when it comes to bullying most choose to put their heads down and just take it.
