I applaud this action. Our school district (CUSD) in Orange County had a very sensible plan to return to school on a few weeks. Gov. Newsom just dropped the hammer on that plan even though there's overwhelming support among parents in our district to go
#BackToSchool. -
He issued guidelines that are completely unworkable, and he knows it will guarantee that most schools stay closed for months and months. Cases are bound to spike a bit in the winter. And there's the regular flu season to complicate symptom evaluation. HORRIBLE.

So glad you are bringing this lawsuit. Newsom's newest in person attendance criteria puts schools in a yo yo sitiuation, open/close, and I predict most will just stay closed because it's unworkable. He's out of control.

People can get educated with virtual technology. So the overall argument is already disproved. And go tell teachers and support staff to their faces you don't care about their health. Hoping every single school district goes on strike if this lawsuit somehow goes your way

@1PatriotMama I swear to God. Kern county is a first semester online only. Many of the students parents don’t even speak English. They have a system in place. Call me and I’ll tell you what a DISASTER the schools district even says it is. Nightmare.
