Someone told me that in the old days, architects would put $100 bills inside their plans and roll them up and submit to Planning for approval. Now it seems people hire a law firm to get things fast tracked? It takes so much $$$ to get anything done.

Do search the walter wong controversy, those hundreds of dollars turned into thousands and the process became much more explicit corrupt and obviously dishonest.

I remain convinced the reason we locked down so early was b/c the FBI was starting to drop indictments closer and closer to city hall. And we will stay that way as long as possible.
