Superb column looking into the bizarre and counterproductive- unless you are trying to protect some big Democrats - timing on the arrest of embezzler S.B.F.

President Biden held big WH event to 'protect' gay marriage, which is already protected, and to 'protect' interracial marriage, which is already protected. Self-congratulation all around, followed by Lady Gaga.

At bottom, “ethical utilitarian” is an oxymoron, because the test for being truly ethical is to act ethically even when it is contrary to any and every calculation of self interest (outside of what one silently thinks of one’s self - the bs argument made to deny selflessness).

Hard to imagine anyone more impeccably credentialed than re what science actually said about appropriate Covid response - and therefore a clear case where “protecting us from harm” was the opposite of the thing Twitter and its ilk were actually doing

Still trying to process my emotions on learning that @twitter blacklisted me. The thought that will keep me up tonight: censorship of scientific discussion permitted policies like school closures & a generation of children were hurt. 1/2

Heart wrenching. Distressed kids are just fodder for a multi billion dollar business. Sick.

The latest story in our #IdentityCrisis series tells the heartbreaking story of Prisha Mosley, a young woman whose life was permanently altered at the hands of ‘gender affirming’ medicine and doctors who performed a double mastectomy when she was 18.

The formerly useful CURB taxi ap apparently just reformatted and changed itself - no ability to pay for the cab you are in, only to request a cab. Terrible move.

And the Democrats had their eggs in the Fetterman basket And voted again and again for high character exemplars like Ted Kennedy, Bill Clinton, and Joe Hunter-laptop Biden Hypocrites.

To imagine the republicans have been reduced to putting all their eggs in the Walker basket is… Well. Telling.

There are two candidates- neither is faultless- but they represent and will vote for very different policies. The effect of your vote, whatever you present to yourself, is to pick one more likely policy future over another.

One person in this election is qualified for the job and one is not. It is up to the people of Georgia to tell us if they are qualified to determine which is which.

A current MOC is worried too much weight might tip Guam over. Re politicians: the bar is low.

Not one word here about Walker. What a sad commentary. A person campaigning for a leadership position is reduced to a helpful appliance. Of course that is exactly the situation, as even his supporters beyond Higgins admit he’s not close to capably able for the job.

My piece was not about WHO but the reality of HOW policy, nominations, subpoenas, judicial confirmations will be made Only options in GA: better or worse. Perfect’s not on the ballot.

Would love to have the perfect candidate- but politics will go on and policies will happen that will affect our families, businesses, freedom, wellbeing. Most independents understand value of not letting the perfect be the enemy of the otherwise very bad.

Rationalizing power over character is the reason you are irrelevant to the thinking independent voter

1/3 It is crucial that Republicans win the Georgia runoff. ⁦⁦@TheHRH⁩ forensically lays out the benefits of keeping an evenly divided Senate: - any single Dem can prevent legislation passing without GOP support - prevent party-line confirmations wsj.com/articles/hersc

When Parler became the single most-downloaded app in the US after Trump’s banning, Dems like demanded Google and Apple remove it from their stores. They wisely obeyed and Parler was destroyed. They’re trying to repeat this abuse of monopoly power to do this to Twitter.
