While we don't have a dedicated team to speak to, we'd like to clarify this for you. When video is flagged or reported, it’s not automatically taken down. A flag means we'll review the video and only remove if it violates our Community Guidelines: https://yt.be/help/AeP5

Well what Happens in the event that the videos in question a year or two ago Didn't Violate Policy and now they do, over 50 or so videos, because of a new Rule? Do I have to lose my channel because of a Policy update?

I would like to know this answer too. You flagged a batch of our videos yesterday which constituted a "warning" and then flagged more this morning which now gave us a "strike" and week-long suspension for content that didn't violate the terms when published

Joe I'm guessing you had a Partnership with Fan Duel or a Similar Website?

Fan Duel Contacted me and I worked with them for about a Month. It was legitimate at the time and we should not be punished for a violation of the policy in this way.

Same here with FanDuel man. I have them in youtube videos from years back because I worked with them. Last year we talked about weekly CFB lines and spreads and linked Bovada. At the time, it was fine, now we’re all getting shafted
