Bill C-71 increases regs. More regs increases % someone runs afoul of the law. I.e, they stand a good chance of mak'g criminals out of honest, hardworking, ppl. Means 1) fewer ppl will want to own; 2) does nothing about crime=reason 4 more regs=cycle/progress twds ban=end game.
