Bailing on the guild seems extreme to me, i think it is just one toxic guy. maybe other people like that guy? I've been out of touch so maybe there are no good or easy solutions. My horde guild's gm had a baby so bit of a leadership vacuum over there but all we do is raid so meh.
The majority the officers are good people, but the officership nonetheless has repeatedly and consistently upheld a handful of toxic people in key positions of power - and those who've objected were shouted down until they gave up and/or left.
