I've done 105hr work weeks (12hrs work, 3 travel /day) which would leave me with vitually no free time, until the next week which would be no work (either 7/7 shift or 8/6)

Yep. There was also "camp" jobs, but depending where you are, what the rules are, and how you feel about those rules it could be awesome or terrible. For me it was basically terrible because there was poor internet access, and nowhere to go, only activities were being a meathead
