AFAIK they didn't bring in anyone from any pirate servers. What little that has neen done has been in house and they just recently posted job openings.
Yeah, so far all I've been able to find on that front is rumors, so I'm really hoping that one friend of mine was wrong

In an interview they were asked if they were working with the Nos folks and the answer was "no". They (at least publicly) didn't rule out working with them in the future.

Their conversation with Nos last year proceeded amicably. I could've seen collaboration back then, but after last year's Blizzcon hiring ex-Nos devs would be inacceptable.
