Wowhead front page also tracks the next invasion, upgrading your heirlooms to 110 (at least the xp+ slots) will help you with that gear problem. Invasion mobs also have a chance to drop a gear token for 850 when you hit 110.

I tend to use that website I linked because its mobile version is great (and I'm usually checking on the go). I'll edit the heirloom bit in; I'm cheap and I never bought the upgrades but that's totally a thing and I had completely forgotten :P Thanks Vall!
