... nobody could understand the idea of a woman tanking a raid. If a woman raided at all they'd heal (and even that was a rarity).
See, that really boggles my mind! My raid team is split almost entirely 50/50, with half of our tank duo and heals team being female

Yeah, Mayhem seems about evenly split as well But overall raiding accessibility has changed A LOT even from when I started in Wrath.

Which has brought a lot of people into raiding who might not have been able to or welcomed in raid groups before.
