Tried to ignore it for about 2hrs but ended up taking (previously unused) hardcore meds. Pain is numbed now but I'm dizzy, nauseated, & weak

Can't you ask for another kind of meds? Painkillers are useful but not if they make you sick.
I probably could but it sounds like all meds powerful enough to stop the pain also cause some level of nausea. Ibuprofen it is!

Thanks! And yeah, I have a growing list of foods that I'm going to wolf down once I can eat normally again :P
