Did you talk to goblin in prisoner group you freed? He blows open door to last boss. Don't talk to him=door remain closed.
The problem was, those people despawned before we could talk to them! We didn't even get a chance to fight them

I see. Seen it happen twice I think, more common people miss talking to goblin, or talk to one of the others first.
