Tips for transferring servers? I know some of you out there have done it multiple times, what things do I need to know?

Move all BoAs to a different toon, equip a tabard, and fill up your bags with all the actually useful things you want to take

Useful things! Profession mats, pets if you are converting gold into them to get under the cap, stuff to sell on new server

Not useful things! Paper Zeppelin Kits, gear to transmog because prepatch will make moot point, Hearthstone (can make again)
