Probably not, unless I felt like changing things up just to "see what this talent does".

The new system is weird in that it affects "casuals" more than raiders; raiders will have access to the Tomes (c)

from their group, while casuals out in the world will be stuck and be discouraged from experimenting.

as my case study) don't often change talents out in the world anyways. The ability to swap in towns pretty much (c)

would cover their needs, and a few tomes would handle those times where they can't get to rested spots.
