There are two things you need to know to be an ok IT 1) “have you tried turning it on and off again” or if able to do so “have you tried removing the battery and putting it back in” 2) google their problem and tell them what the internet tells you You end up looking smart

Yeah sorry once people believe you are IT smart they stop thinking how to fix things and will rely on you, and sadly thee are few ways to make it so that they realize they can solve it on their own.
