I’m the exact opposite! I loved my theory classes, mostly cuz my professors were weird and odd and made it so fun. Counterpoint and Orchestration were my favs
I think my professors is what’s driving me to dislike the subject - they’re pretty bad both at explaining things and making them seem interesting in any way

Damn that sucks - my second prof was great, him and his friend wrote the text so he was very knowledgeable, plus he wore adorable old man sweaters and got really excited about appogiaturas and suspensions on the piano lol.
