Of you're a hermit in Azeroth I'm afraid you're contractually required to be either a questgiver or a quest target/boss. Really, at this point your best option might be to get eaten first, regardless of where you live. :P
Haha, that’s very fair! Although, I still think being forced to give out pocket change is better than being plagued by your own faction leader in your home town
