Ha, I feel you! My Paladin OC has taken up residency off the coast of Westfall in a lighthouse. Still seems like the safest bet, let a tsunami hits.

Of you're a hermit in Azeroth I'm afraid you're contractually required to be either a questgiver or a quest target/boss. Really, at this point your best option might be to get eaten first, regardless of where you live. :P
