But I can't deny that it's had a noticeable impact on my motivation to create art which is definitively Not Good. I recognize that this is a really trivial thing to get hung up on, but it bothers me when I can't get more than 10 likes on a piece that, I thought, I'd done well

Plus I can't speak for everyone, but I also sometimes feel self-concious about liking or responding to too many posts from people. But that also is probably my own quirks acting up.
Oh I totally feel this, I still can't figure out where's the line between friendly and too much sometimes with Twitter (so then I hide away and lurk instead, which isn't really a good response, lol)
