I would never turn on WarMode while leveling up.
I'm convinced the people who repeatedly go after lowbies in Warmode are the worst players in the game, both ethics-wise and skill-wise

Usually the ganking isn't too bad, and the 30% XP increase far outweighs a few corpse runs. I've been enjoying the sense of danger that comes with it, but I totally get that it's not for everyone
