The main problems I've had stem from too much trash, people pulling extra with tab targeting, avenger shield bouncing, patrols, trash that pulls more trash by jumping away from you, by just yelling at them, or by tossing your mage into it, omg so much trash.
Finally worked up the courage to run some heroic dungeons (my gear is REALLY terrible right now) and, of course, my internet chooses that moment to take a nose-dive into the nearest toilet. Ack!
