Yes, the humans are at fault for almost everything, even Sylvanas herself. I think she simply wants to secure a future for the horde and end the alliance. Her methods are brutal and efficient because she has no empathy, because it was taken from her.
This is very true, I just question the tactical soundness of her actions. She's not going about this in the most efficient way -- instead it seems she's purposefully trying to incite war (which isn't beneficial towards her supposed main goal)

Her thinking is why wait for war to come at a time of the enemy's choosing... make the choice for them, and then make them think they want it. Will the alliance be stupid/angry enough to use their remaining ships to land an army on Kalimdor where the horde is strong?
