Sylvanas's end game is to destroy the people who brought us, the war of the ancients, the scourge, the dark portal, etc. It is genuinely too bad the Dwarves and Gnomes chose to join the baddie faction, but Humanity, Eradar, and Kaldori are responsible for every major crisis.
By that very logic though, her own people (the Forsaken) are the descendants of humanity, and her past people (Quel'dorei) are close cousins to the Kal'dorei. I don't buy that she's out for destruction purely for the sake of destruction either, she's more complex than that

Yes, the humans are at fault for almost everything, even Sylvanas herself. I think she simply wants to secure a future for the horde and end the alliance. Her methods are brutal and efficient because she has no empathy, because it was taken from her.

This is very true, I just question the tactical soundness of her actions. She's not going about this in the most efficient way -- instead it seems she's purposefully trying to incite war (which isn't beneficial towards her supposed main goal)
