A lot of people use ELVui. Makes things look really clean and they are very good about updating it.
I haven't yet decided yet if I'm going to roll with the new UI changes. On one hand, it's a lot clunkier-looking than it once was but, on the other hand, I don't know if that's offputting enough for me to motivate and download a UI addon for the first time

I am also averse to lots of UI changes, since I play on a laptop and am lazy about/disinterested in having to update things that break. Contemplating bartender though to build a FFxiv hotbar stack, which I think will line up better with how I have things organized mentally.

Yeah, I was also thinking of going with Bartender and keeping the base look, which I'm told looks just like the pre-prepatch UI set up

Bartender is lightweight easy to use and was a good cure for the hyper rage the ui change so ugly i thought it was a bug induced. I'm still just like y tho.

The "scroll" from the old ui that i used to put professions on doesn't exist in bartender though... so i just flipped it on it's side and put it as a third right bar... it does lose the effect of overloading my main bar keybinds for craft/disenchant mode though.

Elv ui is sooo amazing. You can have everything in the default ui and more. Also you can move everything to where you want and it's really simple for a kobald brain like me
