Oh no no no, computer is stuck in a blue screen loop of death and not even a battery removal fixed the issue!

Someone else would be a better guide for this, but usually if you hammer on F1 or F2 or F5 or F10 or something, instead of attempting to load the OS it will go to the BIOS menu. From there, you can tell it to boot from a USB or DVD drive, if you have a recovery disc.
