    LOL. It's actually pretty arbitrary; many cargo vans and almost all commercial trucks have no direct rear visibility at all.

    If you tint the glass in your car too dark they pull you over and give you a ticket because the dark tint supposedly hinders visibility and can create a safety issue.

    Revisionist history wins through fatigue. It wins because a statement like this can be tossed off in ten seconds and eventually people get tired of taking the time to prove how incredibly stupid it is. It takes a couple weeks to build a house; I can knock one down in an hour.

    Honestly, I don't think I ever paid attention to the BOE before, but I looked at the candidate statements, and they're a fucking hot mess. The Republican is up on his high horse about Prop 13, and the Democrat is complaining that the position he's seeking shouldn't exist.
