Important to note Annie Wersching's very first TV role was in Star Trek: Enterprise. She was part of our esoteric little Trekkie universe from the get-go and she has gone too soon.

By no means did I know Annie well, but I DM'd her after I last saw her in April on a panel, telling her I wanted to say hi after but since she had tons of fans approaching, figured I'd wait for another time. She told me I should have come up and now I'm regretting that I didn't.

Stunned and saddened to hear about the passing of Annie Wersching. Loved her in 24, Runaways, Picard and much more and knew her a bit both from several interviews and my time at Marvel interacting with the Runaways cast and found her to be such a kind and lovely person.

Hah, I just remembered how mad some people got that the mid-credit scene in the finale was "just" the full Rogers: The Musical number, not a Big Setup for the Future. It's fine for some things just to be there for fun, people. Fun is good! And so are wacky musical numbers!

As someone who was never on the "they should have killed Clint in Endgame instead" train because I like him (and I liked Natasha too! It's sad she died!), I thought Clint and Yelena talking about her death was really well done and hope it helped for some of the anti-Clint brigade

I had no issues with how Kingpin is portrayed here. It's years after the events of Daredevil Season 3, he is clearly an intimidating, fearsome figure (but a non-superhuman one) when he faces Kate and I never doubted he'd be back when Maya shoots him off-screen because come one.

Kazi feeling like he should be in the leader role Maya is doesn't get enough time to resonate. Could have used a bit more to explain his perspective. The fact that they grew up together hints at a tragic split here we can't fully invest in yet.

I love Clint revealing he wore the costume Kate had made for him and it's great how they stylistically match each other to truly make them visually partners - though his best MCU costume remains the Age of Ultron one with the long coat that evokes his old comics suit.

Originally, Spider-Man: No Way Home would have come out a few months before Hawkeye debuted, but it was pretty cool we got Matt Murdock and Wilson Fisk's return within a couple of days of each other thanks to their overlapping releases.

Clint going to the plaque and speaking to Natasha is great and I love how important her memory ends up being to this series - while I'm still begging Feige and company to remember Clint and Wanda are close too and to bring back that connection. Why did he never check in on her?!

Eleanor being the one to hire out for Clint's murder complicates the Valentina of it all and her motivations and allegiances (I figured she was ordering hits for her own reasons, not taking contracts) in a way that hopefully is explained by Thunderbolts.

Okay, on to Hawkeye episode five. Fun glimpse of Yelena on her Widow-freeing mission (but still doesn't tell us if that campaign is over by the time of the events of Hawkeye). And love getting to see what the entire experience of being snapped and blipped was like for someone.
