    any of you who've had me tell you "commercial melatonin supps are way overdosed", here's another reminder you want like 0.5mg melatonin at most, 0.3 ideally; more will work no better but will desensitise your MT receptors

    In one melatonin study, peak blood levels were: 400 pg/mL after 0.4 mg dose 4000 pg/mL after 4 mg dose () Normal in young adults? 50-200 pg/mL ( and others) After 4 mg dose, it took 20 hours for blood levels to return to baseline.

    One of the reasons why mathematic articles on Wikipedia suck is that they generally go out of their way to *not* be self-contained, which makes it hard to learn anything from them as you often have to chase simple definitions through other pages.
