Only 10% of STARs (workers Skilled Through Alternative Routes) are in high-paying jobs at the top of their field.
32M have the skills to move up, but they are often blocked by unnecessary BA screens.
We must #TearThePaperCeiling to open up more paths to mobility for STARs.
