  Yep! Needs changing ! Rashids catch on the boundary raised other questions ! The 3rd ump must have pontificated over 50 frames over and over again ! Put a time limit on these decisions, and if the 3rd Ump can’t prove yes or no in 30 seconds, the onfield decision stands !
