Why do they care if they’re monetized then? The fact that they are taking away the ability to even rack up money as the algorithm continues to screw us over, is demeaning, disheartening and discouraging for any small creator. We don’t even get the chance to have a chance.
I'm not in this for the money by any means, but to be encouraged to take massive chunks of time out of my busy schedule to build up something worth while is very difficult when Youtube pulls stuff like this.
